Truck Collision Destroys Two Cessna 152
A 57-year-old man who is responsible for driving his truck into two Cessna 152s, which were parked there. Another aircraft was damaged as well and the man could face an estimated damaged rate of $200,000. The paramedics quickly came to the scene and there are no indication that drugs or alcohol were involved. What a stupid act.

Runaway Aircraft hits Building at Airport
A small unmanned plane was destroyed after rolling down a runway and crashing into a building at Space Coast Regional Airport in Titusville, Florida. The Cessna 152's wings tore off when the plane collided with cement columns on the Bistow Air Center building shortly before 8:30 A.M. Don Poppino, pilot, told authorities his plane got away after he started it with a crank. The pilot suffered scrapes and refused medical treatment.

Memorial Service for Vicki Cruse Announced
Photo: Vicki Cruse December 13, 1967-August 22, 2009A memorial event to celebrate the life of Vicki Cruse will be held Saturday, September 12, 2009 at her hangar at Santa Paula Airport, in California. Vicki Curse died from an aerobatic accident when her Zivko Edge 540 nosedived at an altitude she couldn't bail out from. The celebration is scheduled to begin at 11:30 A.M. Those who are planning in attending you must RSVP (rsvpcpaviation@yahoo.com) and must tell whether you are arriving by plane or car. Lunch will be served. Adam Badger send his deepest condolences to the Cruse Family.

Plane lands on Interstate 495 in Mansfield Massachusetts
The pilot of a Piper Cherokee who made an emergency landing on southbound Interstate 495 near Mansfield, Massachusetts, Tuesday, September 1, 2009 had been practicing stalls and couldn't get the plane's engine to restart. The Piper Cherokee's nose gear wheels feel off and gasoline spilled all over the highway. The pilot of the Piper Cherokee, Matthew Kleindienst, 24, and the passenger Brian K. Souza, 21, landed at 10:57 A.M. on Interstate 495. There were two people in the plan and the Massachusetts State Police said there were no reports of injures. But the traffic was backed up for miles.

International Aerobatic Club President Vicki Cruse Dies

Vicki Cruse died after she lost control of her Zivko Edge 540 which nosedived into the ground. She was at an altitude that prevented her from bailing out from the aircraft. Vicki Cruse was the president of the International Aerobatic Club since 2005 and was re-elected at AirVenture Oshkosh 2009. Adam Badger wishes his deepest condolences to the Cruse family.

Teterboro Air Traffic Controllers Suspended
Federal Aviation Administration has suspended Teterboro air traffic controller and a supervisor on duty during the mid air collision between a Piper PA-32R-300 and a Eurocopter AS350 VA that crashed on Saturday, August 8, 2009 over the Hudson River near Hoboken, New Jersey.

Helicopter/Plane Collides in Midair
On Saturday, August 8, 2009 a Piper PA-32R and a Eurocopter AS 350 BA collided over the Hudson River. All nine people aboard both aircraft are dead. They were both flying about 1,000 feet.
