Flight School Association of North America Debuts

Flight School Association of North America (FSANA) is dedicated to the flight training industry and it was recently formed. FSANA is a membership-based association that represents flight schools. FSANA will provide programs and services to enhance the ability of flight schools and companies.

Applications for Flight School Association of North America are now being accepted and must be due by December 31 you'll earn 25% discount off the regular membership rate through 2010.

NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Adds New Scholarship and Training Awards

NBAA's Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Committee administers scholarship programs that provide monetary and training awards for business aviation professionals. NBAA has recently welcomed a new scholarship sponsor for Jet Aviation FBO & Charter Sales.

There are new training awards sponsored by Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Flight Safety and Corporate Flight Attendant Training.

Scholarships are due October 30, 2009. It'll be announced at the next NBAA annual Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference January 27-29 in San Antonio, Texas.

California GA Airports take off

At the Calaveras County Airport in Calaveras County, California there are signs of improvements in the near feature. The features will include 22 new hangars, airport-based businesses, new avionics shop and low fuel prices.
