X-Air LSA has reached an agreement with Aero Credit Corporation to provide for purchase of a new X-Air Aircraft. With the card, X-Air LSA, which sells for $59,995, can be purchased for $12,000 down, followed by five years of monthly payments at $409 a month. At the end of the five years there is a balloon payment, which normally can be refinanced.

WAI and AOPA Partner Up to Create "Women’s Wing" at AOPA Summit
Women in Aviation, International (WAI) and Aircraft Owners and Pilot Association (AOPA) has teamed up to create "Women's Wing," at AOPA Summit this November 5-7, 2009 in Tampa, Florida. "Women's Wing" will highlight accomplishments and opportunities for women within the aviation community.

The economic has hit Cessna Pilot Centers.
Friday, October 9, all four Cessna Pilot Center regional managers were informed that their positions were being cut for financial reasons.
Tuesday, October 13, an e-mail was sent to the centers advising them of the change.
Cessna Aircraft has 280 Cessna Pilot Centers in the world.
