NBAA Offers Electronic APIS Compliance

NBAA is offering its members with a new option for complying with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) requirements. All private and commercial aircraft must provide passenger and aircraft information prior to departure for international flights to or from the United States. eAPIS has been approved by CBP.

It'll allow you to submit, modify, and store APIS data for future use
Crew, passenger, and aircraft information is stored secure ARINC servers
APIS transmissions for flights operated under both Part 91 and Part 135
Confirmation messages from CBP may be automatically forwarded to multiple e-mail accounts
Real-time approval status of all APIS transmissions
Add-ons: Calculation of U.S. border crossing location
Add-ons: Conversion of entry date/time to the correct time zone
Add-ons: Airport identifier lookup
