FAA Talks Aboyt $7 Billion in Bids for NextGen

The FAA is talking about bids from companies interested in competing for NextGen contracts with $7 billion in value. The SE2020 contracts will be given to companies who'll perform research and development work. This work ethic will help benefit NextGen, such as Automatic Dependent Surveillance System , System Wide Information Management and Data Communications. Five year contracts will be awarded in summer with subsequent three and two-year options.
