EAA AirVenture 09: Airbus A380 Arrives

Airbus A380 test vehicle #004 arrived on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh at Wittman Regional Airport at 3:00 P.M. Airbus A380 is the World's Largest Airliner and it did multiple flybys before landing at the airport. This is the first time the Airbus A380 flew in the United States as part of the airshow. Airbus A380 is an airliner and it is used by Singapore Airlines Limited, Emirates, and Qantas Airways Limited. The Airbus A380 has three-class configuration flying 853 people. The A380 features an improved glass cockpit, and fly-by-wire controls linked to side-sticks. The Airbus A380 can run on mixed synthetic jet fuel with a natural gas component.

I was looking forward to see this aircraft at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2009. The aircraft is huge. I would not want to be a passenger on this aircraft.
